We’re still alive / Vi lever

Well, I know that it’s been a while but we’re still alive. This past weekend we took a trip to the Pacific Rim National Park on Vancouver Island. Although it is known for its rainy weather, we had nothing but sun the first 3 days. We arrived just in time to take a sunset walk along the coast.

On Saturday we were able to take some longer hikes with Mattias in the baby björn.

On Sunday we were “lucky” enough to see a bear… or maybe I should say lucky enough to survive seeing a bear… Here’s Mattias with his first bear

After a long day “hunting” bear we returned to our little cabin in the woods (with our own private hot tub).

  1. Grandpa says:

3 days of sunshine in the “rainforest?” I see that Mattias inherited his mother’s good luck!

  2. Annie says:

Sarah, thanks so much for having this page with all these pictures, I print out all the cute ones (of course printed out that one of you :) ) for Grandma and Grandpa. Their fridge is now covered in Sarah/Mattias pictures.
    LOVE YOU
