Today Mattias turns 2 months old! He is getting better at holding his head up… although to be honest, when his hands are that close to his face he’d rather eat them than be bothered with strengthening his neck. We had to postpone his 2 month old shots again – this time so that we could fly to Missoula to attend my grandpa’s funeral. It’s a really sad time for us but exciting at the same time – our first bus ride, plane trip, traveling out of the country without dad, and many new faces. It will be nice to meet the extended family, it is just a shame that it has to happen under such sad circumstances.
This also means that there won’t be many blog postings this week

Sarah, I’m so sorry to hear about your Grandpa. Our prayers are with you and your family. I hope Mattias does well traveling. I know how difficult travelling with a baby can be, although I’ve never travelled alone with Lily.
