On Saturday Mattias turned 4 months old and to celebrate we went to see a hockey match in Södertälje. The game ended in a tie which was quite a bummer but Mattias seemed to have fun anyway (he slept through one and a half periods). For you ladies out there – next time your significant other tells you that you have an hour to get ready be sure to ask if they mean a regular hour or a “hockey” hour… hockey hours can take a while (much like football hours). If we (women) could stop the clock every time someone distracted us or didn’t play by our rules I’m sure we’d be the first out the door Anyway … the picture above is of Mattias at the hockey game with his special headphones to block out the extra noise. He didn’t seem to mind them and they must have worked since he slept through the noisiest parts of the game.
Sunday we had brunch at Haga Park with Fredrik’s Dad, Grandparents and that side of the family (Signe, Ingemar, Leif, Inger, Lann, Håkan, Minnie and us). They apparently knew that our little prince was coming because they sent Princess Madeleine to eat at the table next to us. Here are some pictures from the event.
And here’s a little video of everyone at the table.
