Today (Saturday) we celebrated Easter with Fredrik’s dad Leif, Inger and Lann. Mattias’ great-grandparents were also able to join us.
The picture on the far right is of a traditional Finnish dessert “mämmi” which is … well… you can read for yourself here but basically water, malt and molasses. It is better than it sounds – and surely better than it looks! It was a great meal – the only things missing were Håkan, Minnie and Linnea (Fredrik’s uncle and family) who are in the Philippines.
Tomorrow we’re off to Bålsta to celebrate Easter with Fredrik’s cousin Malin plus family.
Happy Easter to the travelers! Looks like lots of fun (but cold)!
